The 2024 Fall Festival Opening Soiree was a sold out success with many artists and patrons attending. The response to the art show was fabulous, the music by the Sidemen was enjoyed by all and the delicious hors d’oeuvres supplied by Gregory’s all made for a wonderful evening celebrating the talents of the participating artists.
President Margi Taylor announced the jurors’ choices for the awards. The awards have been generously sponsored by RK Enterprises, Maria Britto of Re-Max and the Bhatnagar Family.
Congratulations to the following artists:
Jurors award for best in show, $1,000.00: Patty Maher for Flowing like the Sky
Jurors award for 2nd prize, $500.00: Gita Karkins for Dark Sky and Leaning Elm
Jurors award for 3rd prize, $300.00: Courtney Chard for Into the Blue (metal sculpture of whale)
The Honorable Mention: Michelle Taras for Camouflage
