Headwaters Arts 28th Annual Fall Festival
Headwaters Arts is excited to present an Artists Market on Sunday, September 29 from11 am until 5:00 pm. featuring a multitude of unique, crafty, colourful, practical and one-of-a-kind creations for sale by 21 talented vendors.
The marketplace takes place under the tented roof over the Annex at the Alton Mill Arts Centre in Alton. Artist Deborah Powell is a painter and teacher who creates artwork using acrylic paints and a method called acrylic pouring. Her vibrant paintings and custom designs are super cool. Deborah says, “I have found my oasis in my art and I like to help others do the same”.
